General terms and conditions of consignment sales

1 - Accepted Items

The consignment shop only accepts accessories, namely: bags (luxury and mid-range), jewelry (costume and/or precious), sunglasses, scarves and shawls, belts, small leather goods and other fashion accessories.

Items must be clean, in good general condition, functional and without major defects (stains, tears, breakage, odor, missing parts).

For luxury items, authenticity is required. Supporting documents may be requested (invoice, certificate of authenticity, dust bag, etc.).

The store reserves the right to refuse any item that does not conform to its product line or to not offer for sale any damaged or defective item not detected upon drop-off. These items will be returned to the drop-offer at a later date.

2 - Filing period

Accessories can be dropped off throughout the year, subject to the store's needs and selection.

Deposits are made exclusively in store, with presentation of a valid ID and after validation by the team.

3 - Selling price and commission

Price fixing

The selling price is set by mutual agreement between the depositor and the store, depending on the condition, brand, model and the second-hand market.

The store reserves the right to offer a price adjustment during the deposit process, after agreement from the depositor.

Commission

35% of the total selling price including VAT is retained by the store as a service fee.

65% of the selling price including VAT goes to the depositor.

The commission covers warehouse management, listing, communication, sales and collection.

4 - Deposit and payment period

Duration

The items are deposited for a period of 3 months from the date shown on the deposit contract.

Depositor's payment

Sales settlement is made at the end of the deposit period, by bank transfer or cash, depending on the amount and the regulations in force.

The depositor has a maximum of one year from the start date of the contract to claim their commission. After this period, any unclaimed amounts will be considered forfeited.

5 - Unsold items

At the end of the deposit period, the depositor can retrieve their unsold items or authorize in writing a renegotiation of prices.

6 - Responsibility

The store is committed to taking the utmost care of consigned items. However, the consignee accepts that the store cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear or for events of force majeure (theft, fire, water damage).

7 - Depositor's Commitment

The depositor guarantees to be the rightful owner of the items deposited, certifies their authenticity and gives the store exclusive mandate to sell the items listed on the consignment contract for the entire duration of the contract.

No early return can be demanded without the store's agreement.
